In late January of 2024, less than 24 hours after walking on North Topsail Beach... and just 90 minutes after looking at this 3BR, 2BA townhouse for sale on a whim, we made an offer. We fell in love with the area, the beach, and this stunning home. It was truly love at first sight!

Having traveled around the U.S. and staying at bed & breakfasts and short-term rentals over the years, we know what we want in a vacation rental. There are two 8' x 16' decks to expand your living space outside. The front deck is perfect for sipping your coffee and watching the sunrise or dining outside, while the back deck - accessed through the downstairs bedroom - is great for just chilling with a glass of wine.
And If you want to venture out for a day or an evening, Surf City with its countless shops, restaurants, and drinking establishments is just a five minute drive away, while Wilmington is about 45 minutes south and Jacksonville is 35 minutes north. Both are worth visiting.
